Closings have commenced at 100 Barclay, a downtown landmark and the epitome of historic loft buildings in Tribeca. Solid and graceful, the Art-Deco tower has been completely recrafted to feature sprawling loft residences with high ceilings, custom details, and the highest standards of construction. Residences begin at 170 feet above street level, and rise from there, featuring views from the Hudson River to the Midtown city skyline.

The Shephard
Located at 275 West 10th Street, a quiet, tree-lined street in the very best part of the West Village. The interior design by Gachot is elegant and rich, using only the finest and most beautiful materials to accentuate the building’s distinguished character, including the building’s signature barrel vault ceilings. Comprised of 38 apartments including three Penthouses, The Shephard has beautiful views from over-sized windows, many of which are arched.

100 Barrow
Developed by Toll Brothers City Living and designed by Barry Rice Architects, 100 Barrow is a graceful new addition to its historic West Village surroundings. On a prestigious cobblestoned block overlooking the tranquil Barrow Street Gardens, the residences occupy a prime spot within Manhattan’s oldest landmark district.

242 Broome
The building embodies the latest chapter in the evolving Lower East Side. It provides relevancy for the next generation to continue the centuries-old tradition of building a future in this enduring neighborhood.
Masterfully conceived and meticulously finished, the residences of 242 Broome balance serenity with modernism. Designed with a twist, the upper floors torque westward to catch the path of the sun for maximum light and dramatic views.
